Wiley Ford Kathleen V. Wagoner, 87, of Wiley Ford, WV, went to be with her Lord and Savior and her husband, Raymond Michael Wagoner, on Sunday, December 10, 2017. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby, Donald and wife Irene, and Ross Whitacre; and her sister, Evelyn Nines and her husband Johnny.Born in Wiley Ford, WV, on July 23, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Pearl Whitacre. Kathleen attended Ridgeley High School. Following high school, Kathleen moved to Baltimore, MD, where she was employed by the Maryland Cup Company until she retired. She enjoyed crafting and crocheting.Kathleen returned to the area in 1989, after retirement, and lived in Short Gap, WV, later residing in Wiley Ford, WV. Kathleen then moved in with her daughter, Linda, and resided with her until her passing.Kathleen is survived by her son, Mike Wagoner and wife Vivian, Cumberland; daughters, Linda Clites and husband Mark, Carpendale, WV, Patricia Cosner, Cumberland, Denise Alderton and husband Richard, Cumberland; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sister, Regenia Monahan; and sister-in-law, June Whitacre.Family will receive friends at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 10 A.M. until noon.Funeral services will be conducted on the same day at 2 P.M. with Rev.
