Alma Belle "Ann" Myers, 92, of Mount Savage, MD passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Frostburg Rehab Center.

Born January 28, 1934, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Harrison and Kate Standish (McMillan) Dorsey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl "Sonny" Myers; and all of her 11 siblings, Benjamin, Charles, James, Joseph, Tommy, Elizabeth, Mae, Pearl, Geraldine, Teresa, and Shirley.

Alma graduated from Girls Central High School and attended Catherman's Business School. She had a long career in banking and retired from Susquehanna Bank in 2000.

Alma loved time on her front porch swing, and especially all of her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Alma is survived by her daughters, Carla Wengerd and Sharon Bishop (Mike); six grandchildren, Jeremy Wengerd (Kelly), Joshua Wengerd, Jerad Wengerd (Tasha), Michelle "Shelly" King (Patrick), Michael Bishop (Anna), Jamie Morehead (Lexi); sixteen great-grandchildren; her extended family including numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.

In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and the family will have a private service.

Interment will be in the Mount Savage United Methodist Church Cemetery with her husband and family.

Her daughters and family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of the Frostburg Rehab Center for their excellent care and kindness. Alma is smiling at you from heaven.
