Anna Elizabeth Sokol, 75, of Keyser, WV, passed away August 6, 2024, at Potomac Valley Hospital.

She was born in Camden, NJ, on December 5, 1948, and was the daughter of the late Harold and Johanna Elizabeth (Griffith) Leppert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Leppert.

Anna served her country in the U.S. Army National Guard. She also loved her time working on the shore in Wildwood, NJ. Above all she loved her family and being a homemaker.

Surviving are her children, Michael Scott Everhart, Jr., Michele Everhart, and Russell Everhart; grandchildren, Beverly Ann Phillips, Keeth Grant, James Fussner, Micchael S. Everhart III; eight great-grandchildren, Maddie, Jazmyne, Brantley, Noah, Caydance, Charlie, and Olver; siblings, Sharon, Kathy, Jerry, and Patricia; also a large extended family with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In the hope that research will find a cure for the conditions Anna suffered from in life, she donated her body to medical science.

In accordance with her wishes there will be no formal services.
