Arlena Rebecca Collins, 81, passed away at the Lions Rehabilitation Center in Cumberland, MD, on July 10, 2026. She was born on June 21, 1945 in Cumberland to the late Cleland Robert and Bessie (Lloyd) Combs. In addition to her parents, Arlena was preceded in death by her husband, Jonas Collins; dear daughter, Margie Collins; brother, Wallace Combs; and sister, Linda Baker Stewart.

Arlena was a proud mother and homemaker. She volunteered for over 20 years at UPMC, Western, MD in the pediatric department. She enjoyed completing crossword puzzles and playing bingo in the rec room at the Cascades.

Arlena is survived by her children, Alvin "Al" Collins and his wife, Beth and Martha Collins; grandchildren, Brittanie Nixon and Jeremy Dahl; five great grandchildren; brothers, Robert "Bobby" Combs and Chester Combs; sister, Patricia "Patty" Baker; and special friend, Dawn.

In accordance with her wishes, Arlena will be cremated and no services will be held.
