Beulah "Boots" M. Twigg, 98, of Cumberland, MD went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 12, 2025 at the Cumberland Healthcare Center.

Born in Cumberland, on September 25, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Osa and Laura Lawrence. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Raymond K. Twigg; a son, Gary Leon Twigg; a grandchild, Gerald Twigg; and all of her siblings. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God, Sparrows Point, MD, where she served on the women's mission, and attended Central Assembly of God, Cumberland. In addition to her church life she loved raising her family and was an exceptional homemaker.

Surviving are her two daughters, Debra Twigg-Kmieciak and husband Howard, Cynthia Twigg-Streett; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Gary Jr., Jeffrey, Jennifer, Matthew, Jason, and Jessica; several great-grandchildren; a beloved niece, Sandra Wachter; and a large extended family with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, July 18th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland, and a funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Doug Seaman officiating.

Burial will be at the MD Veterans Cemetery at Rocky Gap, Flintstone, MD.
