Cumberland,MD- Boyd Lawson Roberston,96, of Cumberland passed away on May 4th, 2023 at Sterling Care Frostburg Village.

Born April 2, 1927, he was the son of the late Ralph and Margaret (Perdew) Robertson. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Willis (Lee) Robertson, Eugene Robertson, and Royce Robertson; his sister Una Riggleman; his son-in-law Carl Black; and his wives Bernadine (Kasekamp) Robertson and Helen Robertson.

Boyd was retired from the Stroehman Bakery. He enjoyed listening to country music in his free time.

Boyd is survived by his daughter, Theresa Black, Cumberland; sons Michael Robertson (Karen) Cumberland and Patrick Robertson (Katie) Stephens City, VA.; grandsons Adam Robertson (Cassie) Cumberland, MD, Matthew Robertson (Jennifer) Silver Springs, MD, and Bryan Robertson, Stephens City VA ; granddaughter, Carla black and partner Tim Patz, Cumberland; three great-granddaughters Hannah and Sara Robertson, Silver Spring,MD, Eliza Robertson, Cumberland; and his sister, Catherine Robertson, Shrewsbury, PA

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 10th, from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland. A funeral service will follow, with the Reverend Bruce McBride officiating.

Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
