Cumberland, MD- Brian David Aldridge, 56, of Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at his home.

Born November 21, 1966, he was the son of William Paul Aldridge, Sr. and the late Nola Mae (Plummer) Aldridge.

Brian was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his four wheeler. He worked at Northrup Grumman in the Powder Services Department for the past 24 years. Above all he cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughters, Jessica "Sessi, Fawn" Aldridge (James), Brianna Day (Justin) and Rachael Aldridge; grandchildren, Jaylynn, James, Nolan, Kenna, Anna, Luke, and Isabelle; four "bonus" grandchildren, Donovan, Devan, Emily, and Abby. He is also survived by his sister, Tina Robertson (Bruce); brother, Bill Aldridge; and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 12pm until 2pm. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2pm with Lillianna's Uncle, Jim Reel, officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park.
