Brian Michael Carroll, age 69, died Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at Devlin Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Cumberland. Brian was born on December 25, 1954 to M. Eileen (Carey) Carroll and the late Thomas E. Carroll. Brian was the second of four siblings.

Brian graduated from Bishop Walsh High School and Allegany Community College. Brian worked retail and sales, was in the printing industry for over 25 years, and owned his own promotional sales business – Carroll Graphics.

In addition to his father, Brian is preceded in death by his brother, T. Kevin Carroll.

He is survived by his loving partner, Norma Heydon Wrather; his sisters, Mary Ann Simons and husband Edward, and Terri Hast and husband Michael; nephews, Michael Simons, Matthew Simons, and Craig Bennett; nieces, Kelsie Ward and Zoe Hast; and sister-in-law, Shirley Carroll. Brian will be deeply missed by a host of extended family and friends.

Friends and family will be received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. A celebration of life will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m.
