CUMBERLAND – Carol Ann Robertson, 66, of Cumberland, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021, at UPMC Western Maryland. Born November 3, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Charles A. "Pat" and Louise K. (Childers) Robertson. Carol was a 1972 graduate of Oldtown High School. She furthered her education at Potomac State College, and finally at Frostburg State University, graduating in 1979. Carol worked for Head Start as well as for the Allegany County Department of Social Services. Carol leaves behind two daughters, Shay Robertson and Katherine Robertson; granddaughters, Shelby Llewellyn and Geneva Burgess; sisters, Martha L. Kiser and husband, Francis "Spotty," and Betty J. Hollar; brother, Dale A. Robertson and wife, Jeanette; nieces and nephews, Tiffany L. Kiser and husband, Evan Parnell, Daniel A. Robertson and wife, Wendy, Bryan C. Robertson, and Christina B. Kiser; great-nephews and nieces, Dayne Robertson, Maren Kiser Parnell, and Dylan Kiser Parnell. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, from 5 to 7 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at noon with the Rev.
