FROSTBURG Carol Louise Singleton, 71, of Frostburg, passed away Monday, September 12, 2016, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.Born September 4, 1945, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Grady) Crawford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her third husband, Mike Singleton; and two brothers, Charles and Junior Crawford.Carol attended Allegany High School. She was a member of the Frostburg-Seventh Day Adventist church. Carol enjoyed stock car racing, watching football especially the Washington Redskins, and she loved watching her soaps.She is survived by her children, Tommy Twigg and wife Kathie, Stephens City, Debbie Boyce and husband Royce, Mt. Savage, Rodney Twigg, Augusta, WV, Lisa Williams, Jax, FL, Kevin Dermer and wife Chrissy, Cross Junction, VA; sisters, Virginia Cutter and husband Ronald, Frostburg, Catherine Crawford, Flintstone, Patricia Cutter, PA; brother, Dave Crawford, Springfield, WV; grandchildren, Ashley Rice, Kevin Dermer, Keith Orndorff, Shaun Orndorff, Donny Chapman, Brittany Orndorff, Briana Orndorff, Eric Orndorff, Christina Gail Twigg, Rodney William Twigg, Aaliyah Williams; great-granddaughter, Mallory Winner; first husband, Kenneth Twigg; and second husband, Marty Dermer.Family and friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 15205 McMullen Highway SW, Cresaptown, on Saturday, September 17, from 1 to 3 p.m. A funeral service will follow immediately at 3 p.m.In accordance with Carol's wishes, her body will be cremated after the funeral service.Condolences for the family may be left at www.ScarpelliFH.com.
