Cumberland,MD- Carolyn F. Hebb, 72, of Cumberland passed away on Monday, July 2nd at the Allegany Nursing and Rehab Center.Born June 23, 1946 she was the daughter of the late Encil D. and Adaline F (Foley) Hebb.Even though she was born with physical challenges, she always had a smile on her face and loved being around people. She was a pleasant and kind person to everyone. She lived at Allegany Nursing and Rehab Center for over twenty years. She was the Queen of Valentine's Day many times. She will be missed by all of her friends and the staff.Carolyn is survived by her Aunt Ruth Coffman; cousins Patricia Barbe, Ridgeley, WV; Sandra Abe, Ridgeley, WV; and Charles Coffman, Ft. Ashby, WV.Visitation will be on Friday, July 6 from 10:00am until 11:00 am at Scarpelli Funeral Home,Pa Virginia Ave. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00am with Pastor Tim Wotring officiating.Burial will follow in Forest Glen Cemetery.In honor of Carolyn's memory, donations can be sent to Allegany Nursing and Rehab Activities Department.Condolences may be left at www.scarpellifh.com
