Charlotte Elizabeth Robinette, 83, of Cumberland passed away November 4, 2024 surrounded by her family.

She was born in Maryland on March 18, 1941 to the late William Lockard and Thelma Casteel. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Wilma Lockard; and a grandson, Devin Robinette.

Charlotte was a devoted homemaker, and maintained a beautiful home for her husband and all nine of her children. She loved spending time with her many grandchildren.

Surviving is her husband of 49 years, Walter Thomas Robinette, Sr; her children, Daniel Kearchner, Diane Westfall, Wayne Kearchner, Terry Kearchner, Tammy Bowman and husband Jeff, Roseann Gibbs and husband Shannon, Walter Thomas Robinette Jr., Timothy Robinette and wife Dawn, and Pamela Wigfield and husband Michael; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a very large extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 6th beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale, MD.
