Cumberland Deborah Louise "Debbie" Stallings, 65, of Cumberland, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at the Western Maryland Health System Regional Medical Center.Born on March 8, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Leo H. Divelbliss, Sr. and Helen (Munday) Divelbliss. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Marie Singhass, and Patricia Allen; and brother, Leo H. Divelbliss, Jr.Debbie graduated from Fort Hill High School, class of 1972. She was a homemaker, wife, and mother who enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Debbie was a member of the South Cumberland Assembly of God Church.She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Russell L. Stallings, Sr.; children, Dawn R. Robinette and husband Tim, Cumberland, Russell L. "Russy" Stallings, Jr. and wife Stephanie, McCoole, MD, Starr L. Nicol and husband Rick, Lonaconing, MD, Jeremy J. Stallings and wife Amber, Ohio, and Amber A. Stallings, Cumberland; grandchildren, Chelsea D. Robinette, Steven R. Stallings, Aaron M. Stallings, Jazzmyne E. Stallings, Serena S. Nicol, Kyler J. Stallings, Kaylin M. Stallings, and Kenley D. Stallings; sister, Jackie Moses and husband Dave; brothers, Donald Divelbliss and wife Irene, and Gary Divelbliss and wife Carol.Family and friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Thursday, April 4, 2019, from 4-8 P.M. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, April 5, 2019, at Noon with Debbie's son-in-law, Pastor Tim Robinette, officiating.
