Deborah Lynn (Alexander) Stottlemyer, 62, passed away on January 21, 2026 at Wellspan Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, PA.

Deborah was born on February 9, 1963 to the late Morris Alexander and Pearlie (Allen) Ferguson.

Deborah was a school bus driver for over 35 years for Greencastle-Antrim School District and Shalom Christian Academy. Deborah enjoyed working on crafts. She liked reading crime novels and watching crime shows. She was always happy when playing cards with friends and family, and she especially enjoyed teaching someone new how to play the game. Most importantly, Deborah loved spending time with her husband, her children, her sister, extended family, friends, and her grand-dog Harper.

Deborah is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, John Mark Stottlemyer, Sr.; adoring children Samantha Kay Stottlemyer and John "Mark" Stottlemyer, Jr. and wife, Rachel Zsamboky; dear sister, LaDonna Lagat and her husband, Frank Lagat; numerous brother and sister-in- laws; and an abundance of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 15205 McMullen Highway SW, Cresaptown, Maryland, 21502 on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11:00 am at Potomac Valley Revival Center Church, 19025 McMullen Highway, Rawlings, MD 21557, friends will be received an hour prior to the service.

Interment will be in Maryland State Veteran's Cemetery, Rocky Gap.
