Delores Faye Lewis, 84, of Cumberland, Maryland, went to be with her Lord & Savior on January 20, 2022. Delores is survived by her husband, Clarence Lewis; daughter, Sandra Henderson and husband, Walter; son Richard Heinrich and wife, Donna; son, John Heinrich and wife, Kathleen; grandson, Clint Heinrich and wife, Mandy; granddaughter Vanessa Stumpf and husband, Marc; granddaughters Valerie Scobee and Heather Scobee; great-grandchildren, Kolton Heinrich, Kaleb Heinrich, Mason Stumpf, Brody Stumpf, and Aurora Stumpf; stepson, Donald Lewis and wife, Brenda; step grandson, John Hutson; brother-in-law, Donnie Lewis and wife, Janet; and her half-sister, Virginia Spiker. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and many friends. She is preceded in death by her father, James Clinton Spiker; her mother, Elton A (Liller) McCusker; her grandson, Nathan Heinrich; her stepdaughter, Debbie Hutson; her sisters, Ruth Hutson, Joan Heath, and Wanda Porter; and her most beloved brother, Wayne (Sonny) Spiker. Delores was born in Cross, WV, and spent most of her life in the Cumberland area. She was an active member of LaVale Methodist and Grace Memorial Community Church and loved her Sisters in Christ and their time praying and laughing together. She was the owner of Delores Skin Care & Make-up on Baltimore St. She operated her shop for over 40 years and was still working until the time of her death. Her clients became her friends, and she touched not just their faces – but also their hearts. The light of her life were her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and she devoted her time making special, magical moments with them. She and her husband, Clarence (Pooch), loved to travel to cities across the country to participate in Softball Tournaments. Family and friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. A memorial service will be conducted at the funeral home immediately following at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in her honor.
