Doma Jean Lechliter, 64, of Cumberland, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Cumberland Healthcare Center.
Born February 18, 1962, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Mary Louise (Cimmino) Donaldson and James Hurley Wrachford, Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Steven "Bo" R. Bowman and Joseph Lechliter; her step-father, John Donaldson; and her nephew, Shawn Wrachford. The family takes comfort in knowing she has been reunited with the love of her life, Bo.
A 1980 graduate of Fort Hill High School, Doma was a proud member of the Fort Hill community and a devoted supporter of the Big Red football team. She was also a lifetime member of the Goodfellowship Club. Doma enjoyed playing shuffleboard in both the former Allegany County Women's Shuffleboard League and the Club Shuffleboard League. She loved spending time playing card games, especially Set Back and Pinochle.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Beth Dicken and husband James, of Cumberland; brother, retired MSGT James Wrachford and wife Dara, Rapid City, South Dakota; her nieces, Brittany Wrachford and Kelsie Dicken; and he deeply cherished nephew, Todd Dicken. She is also remembered by several other nieces and nephews who meant so much to her, along with her special friend, Mike Yetter, and many dear friends she kept in touch with over the years.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Cumberland Healthcare Center for the compassionate care and kindness shown to Doma in her final years.
In accordance with Doma's wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held.
