Donna Kay (Weaver) Grapes Largent, 82, of Cumberland, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at her home.

Born January 2, 1943, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Grace (Manges) Weaver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, David Edward Grapes; her second husband, John Kenneth Largent, and a son, Christopher Grapes.

Donna worked as a phlebotomist at Medilab. She was a faithful member at Memorial Heights Baptist Church for most of her life.

Donna enjoyed reading her Bible, doing crafts, attending Fort Hill alumni events, going to Bible Study meetings and most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Donna leaves behind her children, David Grapes, Kelly (Grapes) Cover and husband, Cary, and Jared Grapes; step-children, Kendra McFarland and husband, Robert, and John Largent and wife, Carol; grandchildren, Jordan, Alexa Horn and husband, Tyler, and Marina Cover, and Cainan, Trinity, and Garrison Grapes; step-grandchildren, Kelcie Soloman and husband, Gerald, Anna Largent, Samalin Spurlock and husband, Chris, and Matthew McFarland and wife, Felicia, and great-grandchildren, JJ and Bodi Horn.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Chan Hubbard officiating.

Interment will be in MD State Veteran's Cemetery, Rocky Gap.
