Dora Jean (Trentor) Fitzgerald, 89, of Frostburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Born August 19, 1937, in Elk Garden, WV, she was the daughter of the late Norman Trentor and Mildred G. (Cornell) Gagliardi. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Paul E. Fitzgerald; and her daughter, Debra Moorehead.

Dora was a homemaker of her own home. She loved spending time with her family.

Dora is survived by her daughter; Tammy Tinsley and special friend, Melvyn Sines; five sons, Kevin Fitzgerald and special friend, Lisa Taylor, Mike Fitzgerald and wife Jennifer, Rusty Fitzgerald, Andy Fitzgerald and Steven Fitzgerald, Sr.; grandchildren, Paul Kevin Fitzgerald, Jr., April and Laci Fitzgerald, Erica Tinsley, Garrett Tinsley and wife Elizabeth, Seth, Matthew and Wyatt Fitzgerald, Ryan and Aaron "Casey" Moorehead, Brooke and Kristen Fitzgerald, Drew and Anthony Fitzgerald, Steven Lee Fitzgerald Jr. and Faith Fitzgerald; and great- grandchildren, Londyn, Bralyn, Oliver and Wesley.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 15205 McMullen Highway, Cresaptown on Wednesday, August 26th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. A funeral service will begin at 7:30 pm with Pastor Charlie Winebrenner officiating.

Interment will be on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:00 am in the MD State Veteran's Cemetery, Rocky Gap.
