Edward "Buddy" Junior Crawford, Sr., 62, of Cumberland, MD passed away peacefully while asleep on February 28, 2025 at the Cumberland Healthcare Center.

Born January 1, 1963 in Cumberland he was the son of the late Junior E. and Delores A. Crawford. Also preceding him in death were his siblings, Ronnie Lee Crawford, David Lee Crawford, and Ruthie Crawford.

Buddy loved the outdoors from sitting on his porch drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes, spending time out on his boat, camping for weeks at a time, and especially watching the snow come down.

Surviving is his wife, Carol Jean Crawford; sons, Ralph Edward Crawford and wife Leah, Edward Junior Crawford, Jr., and Shane Edward Crawford; stepdaughter, Kasie Cosner; thirteen grandchildren; a sister, Tina Mae Hodge (Dave); best friends, Eddie and Chuck; and a large extended family including numerous nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
