Cumberland—Elmer Frank Morgan, 82, of Cumberland, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021, at the home of his son, Frank "Robbin" Morgan and his wife, Christina. Born in Cumberland, MD, on September 21, 1938, he was the son of the late Charlotte (Miller) and Earl Morgan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Drema (Wooldridge) Morgan; step-son, John Wooldridge; brothers, Eugene Morgan and wife, Sarah, Roy Morgan and wife, Dorothy, Verel Morgan, Paul Morgan, and Charles Morgan and wife, Marie; sister-in-law, Crescenda Morgan. Elmer attended Flintstone School. He was a dry wall finisher for many construction companies in the area. He was also a member of the Carpenters Local 947. In his spare time, Elmer enjoyed hunting. In addition to his son, "Robbin" and his wife, Christina, and their family, Frank Morgan and wife, Ashley, and Matthew, Elmer is also survived by his son, Edward A. Wooldridge and wife, Lynn, and his family, Travis and Taylor; daughter-in-law, Debbie Wooldridge and her family, Brian and Crystal; brother, Charles "Buddy" Morgan; sisters-in-law, Shirley Morgan and Ginger Morgan. Elmer is additionally survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at 11 A.M. with Pastor Larry Trail officiating. Entombment will take place in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
