Cumberland –Frances Elizabeth Iser (Sirbaugh), 86, of Cumberland, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 03, 2024.

Born July 30, 1937, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin H. and Margaret (Farris) Sirbaugh. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Moody Iser.

Frances was a graduate of Fort Hill High School. She was a proud member of Christ United Methodist Church.

Frances is survived by her children, Joan M. Ford (Glenn), Paula K. Ryan (Rick), David M. Iser (Pam), and Michael D. Iser (Angi).

Per her wishes, Frances will be cremated.
