Oldtown– Gary "Ty" Tyrone Davis, 63, of Oldtown, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Devlin Manor Nursing and Rehab.

Born May 21, 1960, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Kenny and Brenda (Nixon) Davis. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Philip and Tiny Nixon; cousin, Rodney L. Ravenscroft and dear friend Brian K. Malcom.

Ty served in the Army National Guard from 1981-1983. He was a part of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades for 15 years. Ty enjoyed crabbing, hunting, and spending time with his grandkids, who he loved so much.

In addition to his parents, Gary is survived by his sons, Josh Davis and wife, Aria, Tyler Davis; his brother, Timothy Davis; granddaughters, Payton and Emily Davis (Josh); niece, Brennah Davis (Timothy) and dearest friend Tommy McBride.

In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated.

The family will be holding a private memorium at a later date.
