RAWLINGS – James "Jimmy" Walter Barton, 52, of Rawlings, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022. Born October 9, 1969, in Cumberland, he was the son of Harmon Edward Barton and the late Rhoda (Walters) Barton. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Edward Barton; grandparents, Harmon and Nellie Barton, and Gusty Walters and Ruth (O'Neil) Walters Mountain; step-father, Homer Mountain; uncles and aunts, Ross and Dottie Walters, Leason and Fran Walters, James and Joan (Barton) McDonald; cousins, David Umstot and Scott Walters. Jimmy is survived by, in addition to his father, uncle and aunt, Floyd "Junior" and Jean (Barton) Umstot; cousins, Diane Dawson, Douglas, Donald, and Dale Umstot, Debra (McDonald) Green, and Kay Walters.
