Jeffery Linn Mencer Jr., 37, of Mt. Savage and originally of Cumberland, MD passed away peacefully at his home January 22, 2026.

He was born November 30, 1988 in Cumberland, MD to Jeffery Linn Mencer, Sr. and the late Lisa Kay Lease. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his brother, Eric Lee Mencer; and his grandparents, Jeannette and Paul Ray Mencer as well as Bill R. and Shirley Mae Lease.

Jeffery was known for loving four wheelers and playing video games.

In addition to his father he is survived by his siblings, Frederick Lease and partner Tiffany Edwards, Justin Ray Mencer, Jeannette Kathleen Mencer and her daughter Aria Isabelle Booth, and Samuel Douglas Mencer; aunt, Brenda Sue Booth, uncles Donald Mencer and Ricky Mencer and his wife Tammy; and his large extended family.

In accordance with his wishes he was cremated and there will be no formal funeral services.
