Jennifer Elisabeth (Collins) Bowser, 42, of Cumberland, MD passed away unexpectedly on January 8, 2026.

Born April 24, 1983 in Winchester, VA, Jennifer was the daughter of Richard and Vonanita Collins.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Bowser; daughter, Samantha Collins; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jennifer was a graduate of Allegany High School.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her brothers, William and Daniel Collins; grandparents, Florence and Wilbur Blickenstaff and Thomas and Suzanne Collins; uncles, David Blickenstaff and Bill Claudy; and cousin, Nathan Claudy.

All services will be private.
