JoAnn Clark, 78, of Cumberland, MD went home to be with the Lord with family by her side on March 17, 2025 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

She was born on October 22, 1946, to the late Vernon and LaVerne Duckworth. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenny Welch; grandchildren, Stevie and Skye; and daughter-in-law, Stephanie.

JoAnn had a career as a social worker helping women and children for the State of Maryland. In retirement she loved spending time with her dog "Baby" and growing flowers outside and her many houseplants.

Surviving are her three children, Leslie Keller (JoAnn), Tammy Keller (Gene Butler), and Travis Keller; grandchildren, Jimmy McMillan (Sunshine), Derek Keller (Regina), Loretta Knippenberg (Mikey), Alonzo Butler (Karolyn), Shain Keller (Octavia), and Michael Butler; great-grandchildren, Makiya, MacKenzie, Madison, Mya, Ayda, Micah, Emmarie, Gavin, Jazzlyn, Liam, Aryanna, Harmony, Ezra, Gracie, Ashley, Candace, Courtney, Hartley,Tonya, and Keyaria; a great-great-grandchild, Hudson; her siblings, Claude Duckworth, Wayne Duckworth, and Delores Duckworth-Peterman; lifelong friend, Nancy Barker; and a large extended family including numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland. A funeral service will immediately follow with Rev. Harold McClay officiating.

Interment will be in Glendale Cemetery, Flintstone, MD.
