Jon Dale Lohr, 87, of Frostburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at UPMC –Western Maryland.

Born March 4, 1937, in Frostburg, MD, he was the son of the late Jon Edison and Gladys May (Caggy) Lohr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Lohr and step-daughter-in-law, Tracy Lee.

Jon enjoyed fishing. He served in the Navy. While in the Navy, he served during WW2 aboard the USS Tanner in Germany.

Jon is survived by his step-son, Steve Lee and three grandchildren, Austin, Wesley and Stephanie Lee.

In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated and no services will be held.
