CUMBERLAND Josephine Ann "JoAnn" Logsdon, 70, of Cumberland, went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by family, on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at home.Born on February 6, 1949, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mae Logsdon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Kasecamp.JoAnn was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church since childhood. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her family. JoAnn was a very spiritual person, and spent her life devoted to God.She is survived by her children, Michelle Logsdon, Stephanie Logsdon and fianc Steve Hamilton, John Layton, Jr., and Jessica (Layton) McKenzie and husband Rodney; brothers, Bobby Logsdon and Butch Logsdon; grandchildren, Josephine Swanner, Joseph Logsdon, Gabby Logsdon, Matthew Herrell, Michael Herrell, Tristin Wilhelm, Makaylah Frame, Emma McKenzie, Troy McKenzie, Samantha Nelson, Steven Nelson, and Tylor Logsdon; as well as several great-grandchildren.In accordance with JoAnn's wishes, she will be cremated and there will be no formal visitation.JoAnn will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, and devoted grandmother.
