Kevin Elmer Lowery, 56, of Cumberland, MD passed away at his home on Saturday June 21,2025.

Kevin was born August 22, 1968. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Carol Lowery, and his dog Mack.

He is survived by a sister Crystal Lowery; a brother, Kenny Lowery; nieces, Hannah Lowery and Sarah Lowery; nephews, Dillon Lowery and Max Lowery. Kevin had many friends; and especially his close friends Dave "Cricket" Rechart and wife Caroline, Dale Wright, Steve Apple, and Ray Donahue.

Kevin enjoyed going to late model races, which he did until he became disabled. He continued to watch racing, and was a Steelers fan.

Kevin fought a long hard battle with health issues in and out of hospitals and nursing homes for years.

Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. is in charge of cremation, there will be no services per his request.

The family asks that if you want to make a donation in Kevin's honor to make it to the Allegany County Animal Shelter, he loved his dogs and had several through the years.

Kevin will be deeply missed..
