Linda Ann (Saville) Nines, 79, of Cumberland, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025 at UPMC – Mercy in Pittsburgh, PA.

Born April 7, 1945, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Foreman Thomas and Tenny L. (Kidwell) Hott Saville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Helen Combs and husband, Ernest, and Ferman "Junior" Saville; son-in-law, Jesse L. Horsey, Jr., and her beloved pup, Brutus.

Linda attended Fort Hill High School and loved that Sentinel band. She was often heard saying "there's just something about the Fort Hill Band". Linda retired from the Board of Education as a special education bus driver.

Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, watching old westerns and sharing stories of her childhood with her grandchildren. She loved being Meme and GG. She also was a talented painter. Her favorite flower was a daisy. She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church since birth and later held the position of Sunday school teacher and superintendent.

Linda is survived by her children, R. Mark Nines (Susan), Michael Nines (Dawn Marie), Rhonda Horsey, Jeff Nines (Angela); grandchildren, Jeffrey Nines, Justin Nines (Amy), Holly St. John (Josh), Alyssa Nines, Orion Nines (Kelsey), Jeslyn 'Alex' Horsey, Jelynna Horsey, Sydney Nines; great grandchildren, Judah St. John and Binah Livingston; brother, John Saville (Joyce); sister-in-law, Pauline Saville (Merle Ray); as well as many nieces and nephews.

Linda's children would like to extend a special thank you to her wonderful caregiver, Jeffrey A. Nines, Jr., whom she loved very much.

In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held.
