CUMBERLAND – Lulabelle Ermalene Eline, 68, of Cumberland, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020, at her home. Born on June 13, 1952, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Anna May Walters. Lulabelle was a retired housekeeper from the Western Maryland Health System. She is survived by her husband, Robert Eline; son, Bobby Piper and girlfriend Missy, Cresaptown; daughter, Kelly Carey and boyfriend Mark, Cumberland; sister, Kathleen Everly; brothers, Pete Kasecamp and Jacob Kasecamp; three step-children, Kevin Rosley and wife Meg, Charlotte, NC, Douglas Lee Eline and wife Meg, Chicago, IL, and Dawna Renee Costello and husband Alex, Hershey, PA; and grandchildren, Caleb Piper, Cumberland, Emily Carlisle, Cumberland, Navarah Piper, Hagerstown. A memorial service will be conducted at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Harold McClay, Jr. officiating. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service. All those in attendance are asked to wear a facial covering and maintain safe social distancing.
