OLDTOWN- Margaret M. McMannis, 89, of Oldtown, peacefully passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018, surrounded by her family.Born on December 13, 1928 in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Opel (Hammond) McAdams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Archie McMannis; her sister, MaryLou; her brother, Donald.Margaret was a homemaker. She went to the Covenant House daily. Her family was very special to her. She loved spending time coloring and reading with Heavin and Justin.Surviving are her niece and husband, Rebecca Sweeney and Robert Sweeney; and her "special grandchildren," Heavin Sweeny and Justin Sweeney; and many nieces, nephews and family who loved herThe family will receive friends at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.A Funeral Service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at noon with Rev.
