Mark A. Barger, 59, of Cumberland, MD passed away November 16, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland.

He was born November 11, 1966 to the late Rebecca (Morris) Barger. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his stepfather who raised him, Elmer Darrell "Red" Barger, and a son, Darrell "Andy" Barger.

Mark graduated from Fort Hill High School in 1984. He had many jobs over his lifetime, and was employed at Biederlack for over 20 years until its closure.

Mark was a good person, would help anyone he could, and would have a conversation with anyone he met. He loved music, spending time outdoors, and playing video games.

Surviving him is his son, Damiane L. Barger and his family; a daughter, McKenna S. Barger; step-siblings, Julie Colangelo and Denny Barger; and his extended family and friends.

In accordance with his wishes was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
