Shannondale, WV—Michael Joseph Trice, 76, of Shannondale, WV, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.

Born in Baltimore, MD, on December 18, 1947, he was the son of the late Dorothy (Lindauer) and Howard B. Trice.

Mike was a graduate of Bel Air High School in Bel Air, MD. Following high school, he worked as an assistant to musicians. He was a truck driver and carrier for a law firm in Leesburg, VA. He had been a member of St. Stephen's Parish in Bradshaw, MD. Mike had a group of friends where he lived who referred to themselves as the Mountain Peaks.

Mike is survived by his sister, Susan Marie Trice; nephew, E. Brian Greenfield and his wife, Karen; two great-nieces, Courtney and Caitlin. He is also survived by several cousins.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. until 11:45 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Thursday at noon. Mike's urn will be buried at St. Mary's Cemetery.
