Norma B. Wagoner, 95, of Cumberland passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at Hearthstone Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born on March 12, 1925, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Estella Hansel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, James V. Wagoner, in 2009. Norma was a 1943 graduate of Fort Hill High School. She retired from Potomac Farms Dairy as Comptroller. She was a lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Norma is survived by her son, Michael J. Wagoner and wife Marie, Cresaptown. She was extremely proud of her beloved granddaughters Dr. Erin (Dr. Bryan), Amanda (Justin) and she dearly loved her great grandchildren Jake, Elizabeth, Drew and Elin. The family is grateful to the caring and compassionate staff at Hearthstone and for the wonderful care Norma received. A private graveside service will be conducted at a later date.
