Patricia Ann Diggs, 82, former resident of Cumberland, Maryland passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Santa Rosa, California.

Born October 14, 1942, in Cumberland Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Bernice Baker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph T. Diggs, in 2012, her brother David E. Baker, 2014.

Patricia was a graduate of Ridgeley High School. She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and "mommom". She was an avid baseball fan. She loved her crafts and crocheting. Nothing gave her more joy than being near her grandchildren and watching the series Outlander. Since moving to Northern California in 2018, she embraced her life here with all the vigor and curiosity she could muster. She enjoyed the beauty of a loving family, friends and later on an amazing Fijian caregiver/companion Otilly Rabuku (who gave her such quality of life).

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Debra Ann Kolman; sons, Joseph Sherman Diggs and wife Catherine, and John A. Diggs and wife Melinda; a brother, Larry E. Baker and wife Doris; grandchildren, Jessica Shrout and husband Dale, Holly Shrout and husband Chris, John Diggs, Chelsea Diggs, Dylan, Caroline, Amanda, and Lauren Kolman; great-grandchildren, Reagan, Abram, Juan Camilo, Valentina, Saray, James, Anna, Sophia, and Lucia.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 11am to 1pm. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1pm with Deacon Jim Rose officiating.

Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
