Obituary

Patricia Harrison, lovingly known as Trish, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, after a courageous battle with heart failure and kidney disease.

Trish was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who touched the lives of everyone she met. She was happily married to her husband, James Harrison, and a beloved daughter-in-law to Barbara Harrison. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Howard Peterson, and John Minick and Barb Hendricks.

She is survived by her husband and best friend, James, and her five children: Jennifer Harrison and her fiancé Quinn Zerfas; Heather Dennison and her husband Steven Dennison; Adam York and his wife Jenny York; Jimi Harrison; and Zach York and his wife Riana York.

Trish was also blessed with nine grandchildren who were truly her world: Liam Taylor, Michael Criss, Logan Taylor, James Criss, Aurora York, Noah York, Jacob Criss, Aubree York, and Canaan Dennison.

She is also survived by her loving siblings: Linda and Glenn Broadwater, Gayle and Clare Raybould, Michael and Evelyn Minick, Maggie and Richard Arriola, Debbie and Chris Walch, and Scott and Tina Harrison, as well as many nieces and nephews whom she cherished dearly.

Trish never met a stranger—her heart and home were always open. She had a deep love for music, especially Taylor Swift, and was a passionate sports fan. Every Friday she was cheering on the Mountain Ridge Miners, and on Sundays, you could find her proudly rooting for her favorite team—Da Bears. Trish also had a lifelong love of Winnie the Pooh, finding comfort and joy in his simple wisdom and the warmth of the Hundred Acre Wood.

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Proactive Primary Care for treating Trish like family and providing such compassionate care throughout her journey.

Trish's kindness, laughter, and unconditional love will be remembered forever by all who knew her. She was loved deeply and will be missed beyond measure.
