RIDGELEY – Patty Ann Combs, 61, of Ridgeley, WV, went to be with the Lord, her mother, father, brother, two sisters, and her nephew, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Born February 28, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Franklin Delano Rudloff, Sr. and Ethel Mary (Fields) Rudloff. She was a loving companion, friend, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and cousin. She loved to go on cruises. She is survived by her loving companion, Leroy Bishop; three children, Charlie Combs, Amanda Combs, and Cassandra Combs; fur baby, Chloe; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
