Raymond Lee Blacka, Sr., 54, of Cumberland, MD and originally of Mount Storm, WV passed away with his family by his side on April 24, 2025 at the Cumberland Healthcare Center.

Born on July 26, 1970 in Keyser, WV, he was the son of the late Donald Raymond and Mary Ella Blacka. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Katie Wilson; and brothers, Duke Blacka, Bill Blacka, and Mike Blacka.

In life he was ready to go for anything outdoors, especially fishing and hunting both for deer and mushrooms.

He is survived by his sons, Raymond Blacka Jr., Cody Blacka, Toby Blacka and wife Shannon, and Dalton Blacka; four grandchildren, Toby Jr., Bella, and twins on the way; two brothers, John Blacka and George Blacka his wife Kitten; mother of his children, Susan Ray Blacka; and a very large extended family including many nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated and celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
