Rebecca Ann Minear-Cool, 79, of Cumberland, MD passed away May 12, 2025 at Lion Rehab Center in Cumberland.
Born January 28, 1946 in Parsons, WV she was the daughter of the late Robert Sr. and Grace Minear; she is also preceded in death by her brother, Robert Minear Jr.
She is survived by her husband Roy Cool.
In accordance with her wishes services will be private and burial will be with her family at Parsons City Cemetery, Parsons, WV.
