FROSTBURG – Robert L. "Bobby" Hinze, 78, of Frostburg, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Mountain City Center for Nursing and Rehab. Bobby had also been a resident at the Kensington and Queen City Towers.

Born January 28, 1946, in Cumberland, he was a son of the late Robert and Martha Elvie (Porter) Hinze.

Bobby was a member of Chapel Hill Christian Fellowship for over 40 years.

He is survived by several cousins.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 11am to 1pm.

Interment in Hillcrest Burial Park will be private.
