Salvatore Lee Scardina, 75, of Flintstone, MD passed away July 13, 2025 at Devlin Manor Nursing Home.

He was born September 1, 1949 in Annapolis, MD to the late Augustus Lee Scardina and Mary Ann Langford. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, M. Frances Bender and Clara Fuller.

Salvatore had a career as a plumber, and in retirement worked as a school bus aide. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and having a drink by the fire.

Surviving are his two sons, Charles Wesley Scardina, Christopher Lee Scardina and wife Mandi; grandchildren, Ericka, Jessica, C.J., and Ray Scardina; great granddaughter Elani Scardina; a step-daughter who he raised as his own, Michelle Emelio and husband Troy, her children Chrissy, Jimmy, and Sammy; great grandchildren Anissa, Zachary, and Rosalie; siblings, Shirley Kiester, Bonnie Sapp, and Lee Scardina; and his large extended family including nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at later date.
