CUMBERLAND- Scott Duane Dolan, 56, of Cumberland, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at home.Born on September 23, 1961, in Cumberland, he was the son of William and Betty (Stinebaugh) Dolan.Scott attended the Salvation Army Church.
