Seth Michael Belcher passed away peacefully at home on December 17, 2024. He was born a New Year's Eve baby on December 31, 1997, and is preceded in death by his twin brother, Eric Thomas. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Sonja Belcher, his grandparents Tom and Kathy Duckworth and Linda Shulsinger, and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Seth attended Cash Valley Elementary and Washington Middle School. He attended Allegany High school and then Fort Hill High School where he enjoyed performing in a talent show, days with his friends, playing Bocce Ball, and the Football Buddies Program. Seth was blessed to not only have one best dog friend, Aiko his Rottweiler, but later in life his best girl Magnum, a blue Pitbull.

Seth will be remembered for his huge smile and contagious laughter. No one could have a bad day when they were with Seth.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you share, send, or bring to them photos and videos you might have of Seth. They know that he has made many wonderful memories of his own that they would love to see. A visitation will be held at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., in Cresaptown on December 28, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m.
