Cresaptown—Stanley Phillip Miasek, 69, of Cresaptown, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021, as a result of an automobile accident. Born in Louisville, KY, on September 28, 1951, he was the son of the late Stanley and Olga (Markitan) Miasek. Stan lived in Baltimore, MD, where he graduated from high school. Following high school, he was employed by Whiting and Turner Construction Management Company. He retired as a superintendent after 43 years of service. Stan's priority was his family, and he enjoyed participating in all of their activities. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Julie M. (Miller) Miasek; daughter, Autumn Pratt; and grandchildren, Anthony S. Pratt and Madison M. Pratt. At Stan's request, he will cremated, and there will be no visitation or funeral service.
