Sterling Marie Wilson, 27, of Cumberland passed away on May 26, 2024 as a result of a vehicle accident in Richmond, VA.

She was born in Baltimore on September 4, 1996 to Dawn Marie Nines.

Proceeding her in death was a brother James Patrick Denney, and her grandmother, Rosalie Mayer.

Sterling graduated from Allegany High School, and served in the California Conservation Corp as a firefighter.

She was a free spirit and loved art and making music with her guitar.

In addition to her mother, Sterling is survived by her twin sister, Sydney Wilson; a sister, Chandler Walters; a brother, Zachary Denney and wife Mariah; father, James Patrick Denney and wife Tracy; step-father, Michael Dale Nines; her favorite person in the entire world and niece, Binah Livingston; and a large extended family with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 8th from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland. A celebration of her life will begin at 5:00 p.m. with her siblings officiating.
