ST. AUGUSTINE, FL – Theodore Ray Nines, 66, of St. Augustine, FL, formerly of Cumberland, MD, passed away on September 28, 2021 from COVID-19. He was born on July 28, 1955 to the late Theodore Richard Nines and Audrey Lee (Walker) Larry. He is survived by four children, Mary, Shaun, Steven, and Heather; step-daughter, Melina; grandchildren, all of Cumberland; one brother, Joseph Allen Goetz, of Cumberland; four sisters, Virginia Andrews, Mary McMillian, Bonnie Becker, all of Cumberland, and Cynthia Crider, of Chambersburg, PA; and many nieces and nephews. At his request, he will be cremated and inurned in Jacksonville National Cemetery, St. Augustine, FL.
