Timothy Lee Mencer, 66, of Cumberland passed away February 7, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland.

He was born in Keyser, WV on August 21, 1958 to Shirley Pauline Mencer, and the late John Robert Mencer, Jr.. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Jean (Knippenberg) Mencer; brothers, John W. Mencer and Richard E. Mencer.

Tim graduated from Fort Hill High School and worked as a handy man.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his only remaining brother, Roy Edward Mencer, Sr; a nephew, Roy Edward Mencer, Jr.; a niece, Alyssa Mae Nazelrod; and an extended family.

Viewing will be Thursday, February 13th from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 108 Virginia Ave, Cumberland; a funeral service will immediately follow starting at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Bruce McBride officiating.
