CUMBERLAND - Vicki Lee (Twigg) Koch, 78, of Cumberland, passed away Friday, July 24, 2026, at UPMC Western Maryland.

Born October 4, 1947, in Oldtown, MD, she was a daughter of the late Roy M. and Marie (Davis) Twigg. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Koch; and brother, Larry Michael Twigg.

Vicki was a graduate of Oldtown High School and Allegany College. She owned and operated Westmar Tours, as she was passionate about bringing tourism and businesses into Cumberland. She assisted with the Oldtown Museum and helped to organize the Oldtown Heritage Days Festival.

She was strongly affiliated with Oliver Grove Church, but did also attend Central Assembly of God for a brief time.

Vicki is survived by two stepchildren, Kim Hartmann and Dave Koch; niece, Larenda Twigg; nephew, Ryan Twigg and wife, Helena; step-grandchildren, Denae and Nicole; great-niece, Natalie Twigg; great-nephew, Logan Twigg; numerous cousins; and close friend, Ed Mullaney.

In accordance with her wishes, Vicki was cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Oliver Grove United Methodist Church, 15500 Walnut Ridge Rd. SE, Oldtown, MD 21555. Inurnment will immediately follow in Oliver Grove Cemetery.
