HARPERS FERRY, WV Vicky Lee Graham, 79, of Harpers Ferry, WV, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Jefferson Memorial Hospital.Born on August 20, 1938, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Nancy (Huff) Knippenburg.Vicky enjoyed spending 44 years with her husband.
